Paola Peredo is a visionary whose project-driven education and experience has given her the tools to excel passionately at her career. With a Project Management Specialty from Panamericana University in Guadalajara, Paola became the factory director of a footwear manufacturer where she learned the financials and prepared her for consulting in the construction and materials sectors. Fluent in Spanish and English and armed with a wealth of experience in communications across different lines of businesses, Paola transferred into marketing and social media management while teaching languages to elementary and middle schools on the side.

As a Mexican woman, who has served across schools in China, studied business at the University of Bremen, Germany, and immigrated to the United States, Paola appreciates the value of different cultures and perspectives and how diverse collaboration drives innovation and growth.

Beyond her professions, Paola loves to enjoy the natural and cultural beauty of the Golden State with her husband and young son.
